Hyakunin Isshu is a card game using 100 Japanese waka poems written on narrow strips of paper. The objective is to be the first to grab the corresponding card after hearing a reader recite a poem. The reader recites the first half of the poem and the players race to touch the card featuring the second half of the poem. The winner is the player who has no more cards remaining in their hand.
